a good norther at last

Hallelujah!!  We had some cool weather and rain a week or two ago, and hoped the hot weather  was over. But this last week was 102°-105 every day. Something about the interaction of weather factors means that it is sometimes hottest just before a front arrives, which was certainly true yesterday.

But now it is sunny and 82° !!! at three o'clock in the afternoon. Seems unlikely te even get up to the forecast 88°. And it might get down into the upper fifties tonight.
